OUR STORY

Beekeeping at home in Fenny Drayton

Swann’s Garden is a family-run apiary rooted in the village and the landscape around it.

Our bees, our garden, our honey

The hives sit beside a flower-rich border in our garden, giving us the privilege of seeing the colonies through the seasons.

We manage the hives ourselves, collect swarms locally, harvest only ripe honey and carry out the extraction and jarring process in small batches.

Because the honey comes from our own colonies, we can trace it directly back to our apiary.

FROM HIVE TO JAR

Handled by us throughout

We inspect the colonies, remove capped honey frames, uncap them, extract the honey, strain it and jar it ourselves.
